To the left is a PowerPoint presentation uploaded via Scribd of the cast meeting which took place. My group and i did our cast meeting on the computer programme Skype, which allows you to talk to each other verbally or text based and arrange things with other people such as our cast meeting. The first screen shot is of everyone in the call (you are unable to see Matt Howell due to him being the host of the call) and the second is just a close up of text sent to everyone so they know the details. To make sure they knew about the cast meeting we sent a text saying the same thing to double check that all the actors where informed with the information presented in the Skype chat.
