Question 4: How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
This is the last question of the evaluation and it involves all the technology my group and i used in the making and research of our film trailer, poster and magazine front cover. This ranges from the computer programmes like Premier Pro to the hardware of the actual camera we used to record the trailer on. I have done 2 videos one talking about the software used and the other i talk about the hardware we used in the film. I go through everything we used and what we used it for, there is one thing i did forget to mention in the software video and this is the use of Skype. We used this to contact all the actors and other group members so we could all talk at the same time and arrange when we was going to meet up and do all of our filming. The first video is all about the software and the second video is about the hardware we used throughout our coursework.
Overall i think i used a large variety of different media technologies and enough to show that i have expanded my knowledge of how to use these different technologies. Moreover i have used over 10 different pieces of software and 10 different pieces of hardware which were all used for different things in the construction of my 3 products. By using all these different media technologies we have tried to make our 3 products to the best of the ability using all the best bits of the technologies i mention in the 2 videos above.
